Is yoga only for adults?

Kids are the foundation of our future. Keeping them physically and mentally healthy will bring out a compassionate, stress free and violence free society.

Today's lifestyle, peer pressure, studies, busy parents, video games, malls, technology, school pressure and competitive sports creates lots of challenges for kids. Breathing exercises, pranayama and yogic asanas help them to cope with these challenges with a little more ease.
